Free delivery to England, Wales and Scotland.
All items are dispatched Monday - Thursday (excluding Bank holidays) using Royal Mail 1st class post or CollectPlus.
Royal Mail and CollectPlus advises leaving at least 2 working days for delivery. If however you would like a
guaranteed Special Delivery this can be arranged at an additional cost.

Please ensure that there is someone to accept delivery during working hours. Deliveries cannot be made on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Please be aware that any order placed after 1.30pm on a Thursday, will not be processed until the following Monday.
We cannot deliver to international addresses, the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Eire at this time.
Orders will be processed as soon as possible after receipt and we aim where possible to ship orders within 48 hours. If you are not able to take the delivery Royal Mail or CollectPlus will leave a card to rearrange delivery/collection. Delivery can take between 3-5 days.
We will label packages with the address exactly as you type it and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if any details are incorrect or incomplete. If you are sending a gift to a business address we cannot guarantee delivery to specific individuals within that address
