Order Information
Orders will be processed as soon as possible after receipt and we aim where possible to ship orders within 48 hours. If you are not able to take the delivery Royal Mail will leave a card to rearrange delivery/collection. We will label packages with the address exactly as you type it and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if any details are incorrect or incomplete. If you are sending a gift to a business address we cannot guarantee delivery to specific individuals within that address
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order up to 24 hours prior

Returns
Should the need arise, please address all queries or

Payment
To offer you peace of mind, Serious Treats uses PayPal which
is a secure and safe method of transferring payment with minimal risk.
Gift Messages
We offer you the opportunity to include your own personal
message, which will be hand written exactly as you type it. Serious
Treats reserves the right to reject any message that we consider may
offend the recipient due to defamatory, racist, offensive, abusive,
indecent, obscene or otherwise menacing content. We also reserve the
right to omit any messages that appear to breach confidence, copyright
or legal rights.
